What is TribeFit?
TribeFit is a high-intensity, fully functional workout with a small-group atmosphere. It is 6 weeks meeting 2 times each week. We meet all year with a 1 week reset in between each season.
What can I expect when I join a TribeFit group?
Each 6 week program is progressive, starting with establishing your personal fitness level. Each week builds on your foundation and allows each individual to move at their pace. The group atmosphere keeps you motivated! You can expect running, jump rope, pushups, squats, lunges, and more! There are always options if you can't do a certain exercise.
How much is it?
$100/month. $150 for 2 programs/month!

Simply email or call to get started. We will make sure you are put in the right group.
Do I have to be in shape?
TribeFit is a high-intensity functional program. If you have had an active lifestyle but need to get to the next level, this is for you. If you are unsure, contact us for an assessment and we will determine if you are able to start a TribeFit program.

You will experience high intensity functional fitness that is designed to bring you to new levels of training. Everything you do is for time and the workout is to be completed in a specific amount of time. Each week is designed to specifically compliment the last so that you achieve amazing results that last.
