Registration
For your connivance all C2X forms are available online. All forms must be completed before attending practice. Please fill out and submit the registration and parent waiver form before attending practice.
After the forms have been filled out and submitted. Please choose the appropriate C2X package here. Payment can be made by check and dropped off at the facility.

Membership Termination Policy:
Annual memberships are final unless injury is preventing participation. All early membership terminations must be approved by C2X staff.
